I figured out how to reset it but I have to be home to do it using the console. Then open and close the door or
window that triggered the error. Then it will reset itself. What a piece of useless device and gives me more headaches than security service. Very very annoyed!'I got TV, velocity very high speed internet and their security system for only 125/month 1st yr 152 2nd yr. A different company I had misrepresented the system and a crappy
nanny cam for $68/month on a 3 yr contract.
